Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled (Senior) Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. As a trusted business advisor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our recruitment strategies and ensuring the acquisition of top talent.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across all entities;
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment journey, from crafting compelling job advertisements to seamlessly onboarding new hires;
- Represent Arendt at national and international forums, job fairs, students visits, and other recruitment events;
- Provide regular internal reports to HR leaders and relevant stakeholders on internship-related matters;
- Ensure timely and accurate registration of recruitment processes in the HR tool and perform regular follow-ups to ensure responsiveness with candidates;
- Align HR initiatives with the organization's global HR practices;
- Contribute to global HR projects, providing insights and expertise.
- Bachelor or Master's degree in a related field, with at least 2 years of proven experience in a recruitment role;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills;
- Organized and able to adapt to a fast-paced and demanding environment;
- Fluent in English, with French and/or German language skills being a strong asset;
- Proficient with recruitment platforms, social networks, and IT/digital tools;
- Enthusiastic and proactive team player.
