Sourcing Specialist

Moovijob.com, a leading job board in Luxembourg, is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Sourcing team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Moovijob.com website, ensuring timely publication, archiving, and editing of job ads.
• Source potential candidates for vacancies on our job board or for our events.
• Collaborate with recruiters during event preparation, communicate with candidates, and implement effective communication strategies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with contacts at schools and universities, communicating in English, German, or French.

Requirements:

• Enrolled or graduated with a degree in HR, Event Management, Recruitment, Digital Marketing, or Communication.
• Strong interest in the field of HR and a willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in French and English, with German or Luxembourgish and other languages being a plus.
