Job Title: Regional Sales Manager APAC

As a key member of our commercial sales team, you will drive local sales alongside our reseller network in the Asia Pacific region. You will work closely with stakeholders from marketing, support, and product management to define our long-term solution strategy and empower our partners to dominate the local drone landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the sales distribution network within the Asia Pacific region.
  • Direct sales, key account management, and demonstrations/POC projects within the Asia Pacific region.
  • Implement our sales strategy with responsibility for turnover and results for your sales region.
  • Expand your sales region through existing distributor development and new distributor acquisition.
  • Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with relevant user groups.
  • Be the first point of contact for all sales-related questions from existing customers and distributors and potential new customers in your sales region.
  • Observe the market and competition in your sales region for independent optimization of your sales measures.
  • Plan and implement trade fairs and other sales-promoting activities in your sales region.
  • Maintain your customer data and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Regularly report your turnover and sales activities.
Requirements:
  • You have a strong sales personality with a preference for strategic thinking and action.
  • You have professional experience in sales (ideally with relevant network).
  • You have completed training or studies in the field of geospatial and/or agriculture.
  • You are a strong communicator and committed team player with assertiveness and intercultural competence.
  • You have very good conceptual and analytical skills.
  • You show willingness to travel as well as a high level of self-organisation.
  • You are confident in handling MS-Office and experience with a CRM system.
