At Quantum-Systems GmbH, we're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Regional Sales Manager APAC to join our commercial sales team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in driving local sales and expanding our presence in the Asia Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop our sales distribution network within the Asia Pacific region.
  • Drive direct sales, key account management, and demonstrations/POC projects within the region.
  • Implement our sales strategy, focusing on turnover and results for your sales region.
  • Expand your sales region through existing distributor development and new distributor acquisition.
  • Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with relevant user groups.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all sales-related questions from existing customers and distributors, as well as potential new customers in your sales region.
  • Monitor and analyze your sales region's market and competition to optimize your sales measures.
  • Plan and execute trade fairs and other sales-promoting activities in your sales region.
  • Maintain accurate customer data and sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Provide regular reporting on your turnover and sales activities.
What We're Looking For:
  • A strong sales personality with a strategic mindset and action-oriented approach.
  • Professional experience in sales, preferably with relevant network connections.
  • Training or studies in the field of geospatial and/or agriculture.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with assertiveness and intercultural competence.
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills.
  • Ability to travel and high level of self-organization.
  • Confidence in handling MS-Office and experience with CRM systems.
