Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Specialist to join our team in Munich. As an HR Business Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department, including maintaining electronic personnel files, preparing certificates and work documents, and coordinating project streams and teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for the entire HR administration throughout the employee life cycle within the HR department
  • Maintenance and updating of the electronic personnel files
  • Preparation of relevant certificates and work documents (e.g., employment contracts, references, leave certificates)
  • Closing collaboration with the HR leadership team to support an ongoing integration project
  • Support in coordinating and communicating between various project streams and teams
  • Monitoring the progress of project milestones and assisting in the follow-up of tasks
  • Preparation of management presentations, reports, and project documentation
  • Scheduling and coordination of appointments for the HR leadership team
  • Organization of meetings, workshops, and other project-related events

Requirements

  • Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in HR in a growing, international environment is an advantage
  • Experience in project participation or coordination, especially in transformation or integration projects, is a plus
  • Very precise and structured working style with high commitment and flexibility
  • High integrity, discretion, absolute reliability, and a strong "hands-on" mentality
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong time management
  • Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, initial experience with SAP SuccessFactors
  • Team spirit, enthusiasm, communication strength, and initiative
