As a Senior IT Security Consultant (m/f/d), you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing robust security strategies and solutions tailored for our clients. Your efforts will focus on a comprehensive security framework designed to shield clients' digital landscapes from cyber threats.

  • Strategic Security Consulting: Formulate and execute extensive security strategies for intricate IT environments.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Guide and support junior consultants and team members.
  • Project Oversight: Assume responsibility for projects and ensure the timely delivery of superior security solutions.
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to address and implement security needs and solutions.
  • Cyber Resilience: Strengthen the defenses of digital environments against cyber threats.
  • Vulnerability Management: Detect vulnerabilities and proactively implement preventive strategies.
  • Advanced Security Implementation: Design and deploy sophisticated security solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Access Management Design: Architect access rights and identity management systems.
  • IoT Risk Management: Concentrate on compliance and ensure the security of IoT devices.
  • Cloud Security Advisory: Provide guidance on cloud security and infrastructure.
  • Platform Security Assurance: Safeguard system-centric platforms (e.g., SAP, CI/CD, Kafka).
  • Application Security Oversight: Ensure security measures are integrated during both development and operational phases.
  • Ransomware Preparedness: Engage in assessments to evaluate readiness against ransomware threats.
  • DevSecOps Integration: Incorporate security practices into DevSecOps methodologies.
  • Multi-layered Security Strategies: Develop and implement security-in-depth approaches.
  • Training and Documentation: Participate in IT security training initiatives and contribute to documentation processes.
  • Compliance Expertise: Offer in-depth insights into various compliance frameworks, data protection, and privacy regulations.

Required Qualifications

  • Extensive professional experience in IT and/or cybersecurity.
  • Strong eagerness to learn and stay updated on current IT security trends.
  • Degree in an IT-related discipline, such as Computer Science.
  • Proficiency in authentication, authorization, role-based access control, and single sign-on mechanisms.
  • Familiarity with identity lifecycle management and provisioning concepts.
  • Willingness to embrace challenges in areas like DevSecOps, Application Security Testing, and Risk & Compliance.
  • Knowledge of cloud security services, particularly in identity and access management, platform protection, and operational security management.
  • Interest in ransomware topics and the development of preparedness assessments.
  • Client-focused mindset and enjoyment of project work in a diverse environment.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
