Lead Consultant SAP Data Migration (w/m/d)

In partnership with our colleagues from the Solution Line SAP & Finance Transformation, you will work closely with our clients to modernize business processes and integrate them into IT systems. Your role is crucial in ensuring the successful digital transformation of our clients.

Your Responsibilities
Are you ready to leverage your expertise in SAP Data Migration to sustainably advance our ERP Consulting division? Here’s how you can contribute:

  • Act as the primary contact for our clients during the implementation of SAP, focusing on data migration.
  • Provide comprehensive consulting throughout the entire project lifecycle, addressing all aspects of data cleansing and migration—from conception and planning to the integrated management of migration activities.
  • Collaborate with your team to define the execution of complex ETL processes using the latest technologies and tools such as SAP Data Services or SAP Migration Cockpit.
  • Oversee the implementation, conduct software and migration testing, and support the cutover and rollout phases.
  • Engage in cross-functional, innovative projects—both nationally and internationally—that challenge you technically and professionally, allowing for personal growth.
  • Utilize your expertise to shape our service portfolio, independently identifying and developing new trends in SAP data migration, particularly concerning S/4HANA.
  • Contribute your experience to proposal development and contract negotiations.
Your Profile
  • To become a Lead Consultant (w/m/d) in SAP Master Data Management (MDM), you should possess at least 3 years of professional experience in industry and/or consulting in the following areas:
    • Design, implementation, and support of migration projects as part of system integrations or transformation initiatives.
    • SAP S/4HANA.
    • SAP Data Services, SAP Migration Cockpit, or similar tools.
  • Experience as a team or project leader across all project phases (Fit/Gap, Design, Implementation, Testing, Rollout) and familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum.
  • In-depth knowledge of master data management that you can effectively apply in projects.
  • Experience in leading teams within projects or organizations, with a passion for mentoring junior colleagues.
  • Impress clients with your deep expertise, professional demeanor, and excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in German and English is essential.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to provide optimal on-site consulting for our clients.
