Key Responsibilities

As a Senior IT Security Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing robust security frameworks tailored to our clients' needs. Your expertise will be essential in fortifying their digital landscapes against evolving cyber threats.

  • Strategic Security Development: Formulate and deploy extensive security plans for intricate IT systems.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and nurture junior consultants and team members.
  • Project Oversight: Assume responsibility for projects, ensuring the timely delivery of superior security solutions.
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to identify and implement security requirements.
  • Cyber Resilience: Strengthen the defenses of digital environments against potential cyber threats.
  • Vulnerability Management: Detect weaknesses and proactively introduce preventive strategies.
  • Advanced Security Implementation: Design and execute sophisticated security solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Access Management Design: Architect identity and access management systems.
  • IoT Risk Management: Ensure compliance and security for Internet of Things devices.
  • Cloud Security Advisory: Provide guidance on securing cloud environments and infrastructures.
  • Platform Security Assurance: Safeguard system-centric platforms such as SAP and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Application Security Oversight: Ensure security measures are integrated throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Ransomware Preparedness: Engage in assessments to evaluate readiness against ransomware attacks.
  • Integration of Security Practices: Incorporate DevSecOps methodologies into projects.
  • Multi-layered Security Strategies: Develop and implement comprehensive security-in-depth approaches.
  • Training and Documentation: Contribute to IT security training initiatives and maintain process documentation.
  • Compliance Expertise: Offer insights into compliance frameworks, data protection, and privacy regulations.

Required Qualifications

  • Extensive professional experience in IT and/or cybersecurity.
  • Strong desire to learn and stay updated on current IT security trends.
  • Degree in an IT-related discipline, such as Computer Science.
  • Proficiency in authentication, authorization, and role-based access control.
  • Familiarity with identity lifecycle management and provisioning concepts.
  • Eagerness to tackle challenges in areas like DevSecOps and Application Security Testing.
  • Knowledge of cloud security services, particularly in identity management and platform protection.
  • Interest in ransomware topics and readiness assessments.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for project work in diverse environments.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
