Customer Supply Chain Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Supply Chain Specialist to join our Supply Chain Team in Munich. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for steering supply chain processes for selected key account customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming orders in SAP and optimize service rates, fill rates, and logistics costs.
  • Ensure a smooth just-in-time delivery process and coordinate activities with European distribution centers and transportation service providers.
  • Collaborate with brand teams to ensure punctual delivery of new launches and collateral materials.
  • Be the preferred contact person for all inquiries around order status, after-sales inquiries, and reverse logistics.
  • Continuously improve supply chain performance by analyzing key figures, maintaining scorecards, and working closely with Sales and internal supply chain partners.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a comparable education level.
  • First professional experience in logistics/supply chain, ideally in a trade company or consumer goods industry.
  • Career aspirations in supply chain.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills, strong service orientation, and confident demeanor when dealing with internal and external contacts.
  • Team spirit paired with a strong hands-on attitude, precise, independent, and result-oriented work style, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Good ERP knowledge (preferably SAP) and excellent MS Office knowledge (especially Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Initial experience in presenting to customers.
  • Excellent English, good knowledge of German is an advantage.
