Wir suchen einen erfahrenen und motivierten Head of Academy Development, der unsere Akademie in Deutschland weiterentwickelt und leitet. Als Teil des internationalen Bildungsunternehmens Galileo Global Education Germany GmbH, möchten wir unsere jungen Menschen auf ihrem Weg in die digitale Arbeitswelt unterstützen.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Strategische Weiterentwicklung und Steuerung des Akademiegeschäfts bundesweit
  • Koordination und fachliche Führung der Academic Program Coordinators-Rolle (APCs)
  • Mitarbeit bei der Produkterweiterung, -entwicklung und kontinuierlichen Portfoliobewertung
  • Aufbereitung produktbezogener Daten und Zuarbeit zur kennzahlenbasierten Führung der Akademie
  • Implementierung und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen
  • Anstoßen und Begleiten einer inhaltlichen und didaktischen Überprüfung bestehender Programme
  • Sicherstellung des Qualitätsmanagements Akademie
  • Unterstützung bei der Rekrutierung und Bindung von Fachkräften
  • Koordination und Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen
Voraussetzungen
  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in einem relevanten Fachgebiet
  • Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Führungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Strategisches Denkvermögen und Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Bildungsprogrammen
  • Begeisterung für innovative Lehr- und Lernmethoden
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
