About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Operations Leader to serve as a trusted advisor and confidant to our Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

This role will focus on executing strategic initiatives and operational tasks to ensure scalability and efficiency. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO to achieve twice as much as the CEO could alone, without overlapping with the Executive Assistant's responsibilities such as calendaring.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a thought partner to the CEO, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate and prioritize the CEO's activities for efficient time management.
  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear and effective communication.
  • Assist in developing and driving business strategies, and align departmental goals with company objectives.
  • Prepare tasks and perform follow-ups on behalf of the CEO to ensure scalability and efficiency.
  • Analyze data and create reports to support business operations and strategic initiatives.
  • Manage and execute special projects requiring cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience in Senior roles at significant financial services companies, fast-growing software startups, or strategy consulting firms.
  • Proven track record of effectively interacting with senior stakeholders on cross-functional projects.
  • Structured approach to prioritizing work and time.
  • Proven success in project coordination and reporting.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a practical approach to problem-solving.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications, plus additional benefits such as stock options and bonuses.
