Senior Product Manager Encapsulates

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager Encapsulates to join our Marketing department in Bremen or Hoogeveen. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the elaboration and further development of our marketing strategy. Your focus will be on the processing of our product portfolio, including interfaces with production, A&D, purchasing, QA, and other departments. You will also be responsible for the new product funnel of assigned product categories and the overarching concept development and portfolio management in these categories. Additionally, you will have project responsibility, implementation, and management of cross-BU-strategic projects. You will provide all necessary data for controlling and budgeting and serve as a contact person for strategic and higher-level customer inquiries.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification. You should have completed further training in category management and market research. Several years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position in product management are desirable. You should have an affinity for functional powders (encapsulated functional ingredients) and be enthusiastic about the endless possibilities of functional and encapsulated ingredients in infant nutrition, food, and animal nutrition. You should also have drive and optimize the P&L of this category and its strategic developments along with the commercial head. Experience in the field of functional products and steering/developing the P&L is also required. You should have hands-on experience in project management and be well-versed in the use of common MS Office applications and knowledge of SAP. You should also have communication and presentation skills, be a structured and results-oriented, self-motivated multi-tasker with the ability to manage multiple interfaces/projects, and have very good communication and presentation skills in a team, out-of-the-box thinking, and a hands-on mentality. Finally, you should have very good analytical and conceptual skills, as well as an entrepreneurial mindset, and be fluent in English and proficient in German.
