Mondelēz International seeks a seasoned Digital Transformation Lead to drive business growth and innovation in the DACH region. As a key member of our MDS team, you will partner with business stakeholders to develop and execute strategic digital initiatives, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and best practices to enhance operational efficiency, customer engagement, and revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with MDS Functional Leads to identify and prioritize digital opportunities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies, including process optimization, technology enablement, and change management.
  • Partner with senior business leaders to drive business outcomes, leveraging data-driven insights and analytics to inform decision-making.
  • Manage and oversee the execution of digital projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget adherence.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation, encouraging cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of driving digital transformation and business growth in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, including cloud, AI, and data analytics.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluent in English and German, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
