Logistics Coordinator

Fluence is seeking a highly skilled Logistics Specialist to join our team in Berlin or Erlangen. As a key member of our Supply Chain Operations team, you will be responsible for executing just-in-time logistics of materials and equipment across suppliers, manufacturing locations, and project sites.
Key Responsibilities
Execute logistics activities to comply with on-time delivery and financial metrics
Coordinate customs clearance processes across multiple parties
Utilize planning and forecasting tools to simplify logistics processes
Contribute to operational logistics best practices as a regional subject matter expert
Work cross-functionally with Supply Chain Operations, Procurement, Project Management, Sales, Finance, and other teams to deliver on Fluence strategy
Requirements
+5-year subject matter experience in logistics, with experience in project logistics a plus
Experience in handling and shipping dangerous goods
Experience and working knowledge in the EMEA logistics market
Self-motivated with ability to work independently and collaborate with others
Ability to deal with volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity
Fluent English and business fluent German communication skills
