Production Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Production Coordinator to join our team at GULP – experts united. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for creating and controlling schedules, as well as preparing work plans and defining work processes according to production specifications.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Creation and control of schedules, including material requirements planning and capacity planning
• Preparation of work plans and definition of work processes according to production specifications, design and project planning documents
• Calculating necessary production and set-up times
• Control and optimization of production techniques and processes
• Tracking production orders, determining reasons for deadline deviations and preparing progress reports
• Maintaining technical data in the ERP system as a key user
• Planning and managing operating resources
• Advising the development and design, project management, purchasing and logistics departments as required

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or qualification as a state-certified technician or master craftsman
• First experience in a technical company
• Ideal experience in scheduling and capacity planning, working time determination (REFA/MTM) and process management as well as with ERP systems such as SAP
• Good written and spoken German skills
• Safety check Ü2
• Excellent team and communication skills
• Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
