About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Assistant to join our Power Automation Solutions team at Siemens AG. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our department head, coordinating tasks, and ensuring seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the department head's calendar, prioritize tasks, and resolve scheduling conflicts independently
  • Act as a contact person for internal and external stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Organize and plan business trips, both domestically and internationally, including communication with colleagues and partners on-site
  • Plan and execute internal and external events, such as workshops and department meetings, ensuring smooth logistics and agenda management
  • Process orders in myIT, myMall, and OneSRM, handling office supplies, IT tickets, and other administrative tasks
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding of employees and student assistants, ensuring a seamless transition
  • Manage and maintain our communication page and SharePoint, ensuring up-to-date information and efficient communication
  • Assist with preparing presentations as needed and handle requests for reports within an international corporate environment
Requirements
  • Completed commercial vocational training
  • Several years of professional experience in administrative support or as a team assistant at the management level in an international environment
  • Experience working on an international level, with intercultural sensitivity and excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as modern communication technologies
  • Experience with various IT tools in the administrative field, with the ability to independently acquire new tool knowledge
