- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, channels, and partnerships to expand market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
- Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform growth opportunities and strategic direction.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to track performance and inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and best practices in sales management.
We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated individual with a strong background in sales and business development. You will have a proven track record of growing sales teams and achieving revenue targets, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in German is essential.
