DACH Country Manager

Job Title: DACH Country Manager About the Role: As a key member of our international team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the DACH region. You will act as our lead representative in the market, developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in the DACH region * Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and key accounts, to expand market presence * Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and key decision-makers in potential client organizations * Collaborate with international teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and market demands * Analyze regional market trends and customer needs to provide insights for product development and sales strategy adjustments * Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals effectively * Deliver set KPIs for the year Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field * 5+ years of relevant sales experience, with 2 years working across EMEA or MENA * 2 years minimum management experience * Strong IT skills, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint * Effective at multitasking and ability to work on multiple projects concurrently * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English * Ability to travel within Germany and occasionally internationally as needed About ZAGG: ZAGG is a global leader in accessories and technologies that empower mobile lifestyles.
