Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Data Assistant to join our team in Braunschweig, Germany. As an HR Data Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining and processing employee records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Your excellent communication and analytical skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update employee records in our HR database.
  • Process and categorize employee data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Develop and maintain employee lists and competency profiles in multiple languages.
  • Perform database maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements
  • Completed vocational training or a university degree in a relevant field.
  • Professional experience in HR data management and database administration.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and database management systems.
