About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our Behavioral Data Squad at HelloFresh. As a Staff Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring data quality, governance, and observability across our digital tracking infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Quality and Governance: Define and build metrics, visualizations, and targets to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Conduct deep dives into tracking discrepancies and anomalous readings to drive trust and adoption.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with data product managers, data engineers, and cross-functional teams to create reusable data products and communicate actionable insights.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Guide and mentor other Product Analysts, defining best practices and providing support to help individuals and the team grow in effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in quantitative analysis roles, ideally with experience working closely with product teams.
  • Technical Skills: Expert-level SQL and Python skills, with experience working with data visualization tools like Tableau.
  • Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience guiding complex projects and mentoring team members.
