Staff Product Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Product Analyst to join our team at HelloFresh. As a key member of our Product Analytics community, you will be responsible for driving best practices and delivering high-quality insights to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain our data catalogue, ensuring seamless data delivery and documentation.
- Collaborate with data product managers and engineers to create reusable data products, driving scalability and efficiency.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project objectives, and execute data-driven projects.
- Partner with senior product leaders to set strategic priorities and promote evidence-based decision making.
- Communicate actionable insights clearly across the organization, highlighting the 'so-whats' of your analyses.
- Analyze customer behavior and product performance data to identify growth opportunities and improve user experience.
- Mentor and guide other product analysts, defining best practices and providing support for growth and effectiveness.
- Extensive experience in quantitative analysis roles, ideally with 5+ years of working closely with product teams.
- Expert-level SQL and Python skills for analysis and data manipulation.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau for creating compelling visualizations.
- Experience with A/B experiments, interpreting results, and deep diving to understand impact.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven track record of leading complex projects and building capability within teams.
- A change mindset, with a focus on driving business value and outcomes.
