Product Design Specialist

Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for NORMA Group products, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
- Spearhead product verification processes, guaranteeing the quality and functionality of our designs.
- Develop robust D-FMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) plans to identify potential issues and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define customer-owned components and ensure seamless integration into overall product development.
- Drive global excellence initiatives, fostering continuous improvement and innovation within the engineering team.
- Conduct in-depth technical competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and inform design strategies.
- Establish clear design guidelines and standards to maintain consistency and efficiency across all product lines.
- Manage customer inquiries and projects effectively, providing timely and comprehensive support.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in product design and development within the industrial sector.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects, manage timelines, and deliver results effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling successful collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software tools and technologies.
