Wir suchen nach einem engagierten und organisierten HR-Payroll-Assistenten, der sich für die Bereitstellung von effizienten Lösungen für unsere Mitarbeiter begeistern kann. Als Teil unseres Teams wirst du eine wichtige Rolle bei der Unterstützung unserer Personalabteilung spielen.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Die monatliche Gehaltsabrechnung in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Abrechnungsdienstleister ADP durchführen
  • Die Erfassung von Personalstammdaten in unseren Tools ADP LOGA, Workday und ATOSS sicherstellen
  • Die Personaladministration vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt durchführen, einschließlich der Erstellung von vertraglichen Dokumenten
  • Den HR Business Partner bei der Durchführung des Bewerbermanagements unterstützen
  • Reports und Statistiken erstellen
Was du mitbringst
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und/oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Personal
  • Relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Personal und insbesondere in der Bearbeitung der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
  • Gutes Know-how des aktuellen Arbeits-, Sozialversicherungs- und Lohnsteuerrechts
  • Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse, vor allem in Excel
  • Nach Möglichkeit Kenntnisse aktueller Personaladministrationssysteme, wie z. B. ADP LOGA, Workday, ATOSS
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
  • Strukturierte und organisationsstarke Arbeitsweise
