About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Project Coordinator to join our team at OSB AG. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in coordinating internal development initiatives, planning, and monitoring workloads and required capacities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal development initiatives and ensure effective planning, execution, and monitoring of resulting workloads and capacities.
  • Develop and implement project plans, track progress, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage reporting and data maintenance for individual initiative owners.
  • Develop and align Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure initiative effort and success.
  • Provide support to other workstreams as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Engineering or a related field.
  • Technical and business acumen, with experience in project management and coordination.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Sharepoint.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
  • High flexibility and willingness to take on responsibility.
  • Excellent German and English language skills.
