Indra Avitech GmbH is a leading international developer of IT systems for the aviation industry. Our expertise spans the entire product lifecycle, from single components to complete solutions. Our products are used by civil and military air navigation service providers, government agencies, civil aviation authorities, and airlines in over 55 countries worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and track the status of all activities throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Provide guidance and support to the development team, ensuring they understand and follow Scrum values, principles, and practices.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the development team, stakeholders, and other departments, effectively managing expectations and ensuring clear and consistent communication.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Project Managers during Sprint Planning.
  • Ensure deliverables meet project and product requirements and schedule.
  • Participate in Change Control Board meetings and report status issues as required.
  • Contribute to the definition and deployment of new processes, methodologies, technologies, and tools to improve efficiency and quality in the product development lifecycle.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
  • Deep understanding of Scrum framework and Agile methodologies.
  • Solid understanding and experience over the entire System Development Lifecycle of software-intensive systems and experience in managing a cross-functional group of engineers.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and facilitate effective decision-making.
  • Experience leading Agile transformation initiatives is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
