Transformation and Change Management Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Project Coordinator to join our team at OSB AG. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving strategic initiatives and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: You will be responsible for coordinating internal development initiatives, planning, tracking, and monitoring workloads and required capacities.
  • Project Steering: You will oversee the management of reporting measures and data maintenance through individual initiative owners, as well as project steering and handling of deviations.
  • Initiative Development: You will develop new initiatives and provide support in creating business plans and implementation plans.
  • KPI Development: You will be responsible for developing and aligning KPIs for measuring initiative effort and success.
  • Support to Other Workstreams: You will provide support to other workstreams as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: You have a successfully completed degree in Industrial Engineering or a comparable field.
  • Technical and Business Knowledge: You bring technical as well as business knowledge.
  • Project Management Experience: You have experience in managing and supervising projects.
  • Multiproject Management: Experience in multiproject management is an advantage.
  • IT Knowledge: You have IT knowledge (MS-Office, Sharepoint).
  • Personal Qualities: You possess an independent and self-reliant working style, as well as excellent communication, team, and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility: You have high flexibility and the willingness to take on responsibility.
  • Language Skills: You have very good German and English skills.
