Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen operations and drive culinary excellence. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement menu plans, recipes, and cooking methods to ensure consistency and quality.
- Lead and motivate kitchen staff to achieve high levels of performance and productivity.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and storage of ingredients and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and quality control procedures.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create new menu items, specials, and promotions.
- Monitor and control kitchen expenses, including labor, inventory, and utilities.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve kitchen efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire kitchen staff.
- Excellent culinary skills, with a deep understanding of food preparation, presentation, and safety.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, health and safety protocols, and quality control procedures.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive business growth and improvement.
