The Role
We are seeking a skilled Fleet Technician to join our depot team in Munich. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the outstanding maintenance and service of our fleet of campervans. Your primary goal will be to guarantee the smooth operation of our depot, managing all fleet-related activities and ensuring that our vehicles are in top condition.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance procedures according to the OEM maintenance plan.
- Support the management of all Munich-based fleet-related activities.
- Monitor fleet availability and optimize downtime and costs.
- Review and manage fleet damages, controlling procedures and next steps.
- Collaborate with the Customer Excellence team to resolve fleet-related issues.
- Ensure that vehicles receive proper and optimized interventions, updating the HQ Fleet team accordingly.
- Maintain high standards in all fleet-related procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-year experience in vehicle maintenance/repair, preferably in the rent-a-car or automotive repair industry.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to prioritize and be organized.
- English proficiency and good communication skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
