The Fleet Technician Role
We're seeking a skilled Fleet Technician to join our team at Indie Campers in Berglern - Munich. As a key member of our depot team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the exceptional maintenance and upkeep of our fleet of campervans.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance procedures according to OEM guidelines.
- Support fleet management activities in Munich, including monitoring availability and optimizing downtime.
- Review and manage fleet damages, ensuring efficient procedures and next steps.
- Collaborate with the Customer Excellence team to resolve on-road fleet issues.
- Ensure high-quality interventions and updates to the HQ Fleet team.
- Maintain high standards in all fleet-related procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-year experience in vehicle maintenance/repair, preferably in Rent-a-Car or Automotive Repair Shop.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills.
- English proficiency and excellent communication skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
