The Fleet Technician Role
We're seeking a skilled vehicle enthusiast to join our team at our depot in Berglern - Munich. As a Fleet Technician, you'll be responsible for ensuring the outstanding maintenance and service of our fleet of campervans, working closely with our Operations Manager to guarantee smooth operation of the depot.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance procedures according to OEM plans and register them accordingly.
- Support fleet management activities in Munich, including monitoring availability and optimizing downtime and costs.
- Review and manage fleet damages, controlling procedures and next steps.
- Collaborate with the Customer Excellence team to resolve fleet-related issues on-road.
- Ensure vehicles receive proper and optimized interventions, updating the HQ Fleet team.
- Maintain high standards in all fleet-related procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-year experience in vehicle maintenance/repair, preferably in Rent-a-Car or Automotive Repair Shop.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Ability to prioritize and be organized.
- English proficiency and good communication skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
