Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Equity Index Engineer to join our team. As an Equity Index Engineer, you will be responsible for reviewing free float for various securities, tracking corporate events, and maintaining existing data feeds. You will work closely with internal and external parties to enhance our data feeds and ensure the highest quality of our products.

Your Responsibilities
  • Reviewing free float for various securities, including collecting information on shareholding structure, analyzing shareholder types, and calculating free float factors.
  • Tracking corporate events and reviewing their impact on free float.
  • Maintaining existing data feeds and working with internal and external parties to enhance them.
  • Quality assessment of data as per product and index review schedules.
Your Profile

We are looking for an enrolled student in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Sciences, Mathematics, or a similar field. You should have a strong interest in capital markets, be competent in handling MS-Office applications, and possess attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with good logical aptitude, are essential for this role.
