Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Equity Index Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing free float for various securities, tracking corporate events, and maintaining existing data feeds.

Your Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze information on shareholding structures for Solactive universe companies.
  • Calculate free float factors based on Solactive's internal guidelines.
  • Review foreign ownership restrictions applicable to individual companies, sectors, or countries.
  • Track corporate events and assess their impact on free float.
  • Maintain existing data feeds and work with internal and external parties to enhance them.
Your Profile
  • Enrolled student in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Sciences, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in capital markets and a solid understanding of MS-Office applications.
  • Attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
