Operativer Controller Supply Chain

Beschreibung der Position

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Operativen Controller, der sich auf die Supply Chain spezialisiert hat, um unsere Optics Division zu unterstützen. Der Kandidat sollte über ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung im Industrieumfeld mit Weiterbildung zum Betriebswirt (m/w/d) verfügen.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Der Operative Controller ist Business Partner für die Produktion, Einkauf und R&D bei der Etablierung und Weiterentwicklung von Kennzahlen und Controlling-Instrumenten.
  • Er erstellt Produktkalkulationen, ermittelt und pflegt die Standardkosten (inkl. Kalkulation der Fertigungseinzelkosten, Fertigungsgemeinkosten, Materialgemeinkosten) und führt periodische Updates in SAP durch.
  • Er unterstützt die Bereiche R&D / Produktmanagement bei der Erstellung von (Vor-) Kalkulationen für Neuprojekte/-Produkte.
  • Er verfolgt die Einkaufspreisentwicklung und leitet daraus zusammen mit dem Einkauf Maßnahmen ab und verfolgt die Umsetzung.
  • Er analysiert und unterstützt bei der Bestandsoptimierung.
  • Er ist an der Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlussarbeiten nach US GAAP und HGB beteiligt (Bearbeitung der Fertigungs- und Kundenaufträgen inkl. Bewertung, Work-in-Process, Inventory In-Transit).
  • Er bereitstellt relevante Abweichungs- und Adhoc-Analysen für das Reporting Package (monatlich/quartalsweise) und den monatlichen Vorschau-Prozess sowie Weiterentwicklung des Berichtswesens.

Qualifikationen

  • Der Kandidat sollte über eine hohe Zahlenaffinität, ein ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen und ein Verständnis für technische Zusammenhänge verfügen.
  • Er sollte eigenverantwortlich, strukturiert und verbindlich arbeiten und Teamfähigkeit mitbringen.
  • Er sollte eine hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit auf allen Ebenen besitzen.
