Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and empathetic Psychological Counselor to join our team. As a counselor, you will work with Ukrainians who are experiencing crisis, providing support and guidance to help them navigate their challenges.
Responsibilities- Provide psychological consultations and support to Ukrainians in crisis
- Work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults
- Develop and implement individualized support plans to meet the unique needs of each client
- Collaborate with other counselors and support staff to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Completed bachelor's degree in psychology or related field
- Experience working with individuals in crisis, preferably in a counseling or support role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluency in Ukrainian and Russian languages, with English language skills a plus
