Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Category Manager to play a key role in shaping and optimizing our product portfolio. As a Category Manager, you will be responsible for using data-driven insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
Key Responsibilities- Product Portfolio Management: Develop and execute strategies to optimize our product portfolio, ensuring it meets the needs of our customers and drives business growth.
- Data Analysis: Use data analytics tools and techniques to analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to inform product decisions.
- Category Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement category plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Supply Chain Management: Work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective supply chain operations.
- Customer Insights: Analyze customer data and feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business, retail, or analytics.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in category management, buying, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Language: Fluent in German and English.
