Key Responsibilities- Procurement Strategy: Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with our business objectives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services while meeting quality and cost expectations.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring fair terms and conditions that benefit both parties.
- Reporting and Auditing: Create centralized reporting to monitor regulatory requirements and conduct regular supplier audits to identify potential risks.
- Education: Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Sustainability Management, or a comparable qualification.
- Experience: Professional experience in international supplier relationship management, vendor management, and the purchasing of indirect goods.
- Skills: In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and relevant laws and standards in the procurement process, proficient user skills in German and English, and strong analytical abilities.
- Flexibility: A hybrid work model with flexible working hours and 30 days of annual leave.
