About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team at Kevel. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving enterprise growth and revenue through strategic sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target high-value enterprise opportunities in the DACH region of Europe
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to close deals and meet revenue targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to align sales efforts with business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
  • Manage and analyze sales performance data to optimize sales processes and improve results

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the software industry
  • Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, with a strong understanding of the sales cycle and customer needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement
  • Fluent German communication skills (written and oral) are required
