UXD Innovation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled UXD Innovation Specialist to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our innovation team, you will be responsible for driving the development of user-centered design solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and user needs.
- Develop and refine user interfaces, from wireframes to prototypes, to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Conduct user research to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Transform research data into design strategies that influence product direction.
- Manage product interdependencies to ensure cohesive design coherence.
- Champion human-centered design and usability best practices.
- 3-5 years of experience in User Experience or Interaction Design.
- Ability to rapidly understand complex IT systems and technical requirements.
- Experience in Enterprise Software and data and process mining, Analytics, and business process modeling.
- Evident skills in User Experience methods, skills, and frameworks.
- In-depth knowledge of User Experience Research methodologies.
- Understanding of design systems and technical frameworks.
- Advanced technical proficiency in leveraging cutting-edge technologies.
- Data visualization expertise with leading data visualization tools.
- Analytics and insights with a keen ability to translate business requirements into effective design strategies.
- Emerging tech curiosity with a demonstrated interest in staying abreast of emerging trends in UX design, technology, and methods.
