About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled UXD Innovation Specialist to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our innovation team, you will be responsible for driving digital transformation initiatives and developing innovative solutions to complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop user-centered design solutions.
  • Design and implement advanced user interfaces, leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as Process Mining and Machine Learning.
  • Conduct in-depth user research to inform design decisions and ensure user needs are met.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and coherence across products.
  • Champion human-centered design and usability best practices, ensuring products are intuitive and user-friendly.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in User Experience or Interaction Design.
  • Proven track record of delivering innovative design solutions that drive business results.
  • Strong understanding of design systems, user research, and usability principles.
  • Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced technical proficiency in Process Mining, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of business process modeling and analysis.
  • Ability to communicate complex design concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
