Your Contribution:
Leadership: As a team lead in one of our agile, German-speaking full-stack development teams, you are responsible for disciplinary leadership of your team members and support our architects and technology leads in making technological decisions to further develop the team.
You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products.
Quality Check: You will support our centralized QA teams in ensuring the adherence to quality standards and ensure best practices in C#/.NET and C# desktop development, as well as the stringent development of unit tests.
Hands-On: You will also support the conception and implementation of user stories and work on the creation of systems and architectures.
Teamwork: You will work closely with various interdisciplinary teams, as well as Scrum Masters, product managers, and product owners.
What You Bring:
IT Background: Completed education, e.g., as a computer scientist, or studies in IT, e.g., computer science or software engineering.
Leadership: Proven experience in leading Scrum development teams, applying Scrum methods, and the ability to motivate and lead a team.
Know-How: Proven experience in desktop development in frontend, backend, or full-stack.
Tech Stack: In-depth knowledge of relevant programming languages and technologies (e.g., C#/.NET, C++), C++ knowledge rounds out your profile.
Communication is key: Strong communicative skills, team orientation, and very good German and English knowledge.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving competence.
