About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Manager to join our team at Flaconi GmbH. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective learning and development solutions to drive employee growth and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement annual training strategies and budgets in collaboration with our CHRO
- Support leadership in all L&D topics and drive related projects according to our learning and development strategy
- Shape our Flaconi Academy, our people development format, and strengthen our learning culture by implementing new learning concepts and conducting own training formats
- Accompany and improve our performance management approach
- Coordinate administrative tasks and tools related to L&D
- Determine the need for internal training and organize them internally with our external training providers
Requirements
- An educational background in adult education, learning, psychology, HR, or change management
- Fluency in English and German, with the ability to adjust communication styles to engage different types of audiences
- At least several years of experience in Learning and Development or another closely related field of HR
- Experience in designing, implementing, and delivering high-impact learning and development solutions that facilitate personal performance
- Advanced consulting skills and a high level of confidence in communicating and building relationships with internal and external partners
- Ability and passion to drive new L&D topics and advance existing ones
- Outstanding organizational skills along with a high level of autonomy and motivation
What We Offer
- A competitive salary between 46,200€ and 60,500€ for a Manager position and 56,300€ to 68,200€ for a Senior position gross per year
