Head of Learning and Development

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of SumUp University to join our team in Berlin. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing learning concepts and programs globally for SumUp.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive learning curriculum and training sessions aligned with our organizational objectives and values.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement multi-faceted learning methodologies, including onsite workshops, e-learning, on-the-job, and social learning programs.
- Lead the development of a learning organization culture, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within SumUp.
- Recruit and develop a team of learning and development specialists to support the delivery of learning programs.
- Partner with external vendors to deliver high-quality learning programs and services.
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives, using data-driven insights to inform program improvements.
- Proven experience in instructional design, learning program development, and adult learning principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform program decisions.
- Experience working in a global organization, with a strong understanding of diverse cultural and learning contexts.
