Join Our Team as a Strategic Management Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our Corporate Strategy & Portfolio Development team as a Strategic Management Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will work on strategic topics in a dynamic and future-oriented environment, combining expertise from external management consulting and internal business.

As a Strategic Management Consultant, you will gain insights into the daily work of strategic management in a DAX-listed company, learn essential consulting skills in a project-based working setup, and develop suggestions for improvements in direct collaboration with our business areas and functional departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on strategy development and implementation topics, portfolio development, and much more
  • Develop suggestions for improvements in direct collaboration with our business areas and functional departments
  • Support the economic evaluation of growth initiatives, efficiency measures, and mergers & acquisition cases

Requirements:

  • At least in the 5th semester of your bachelor's degree in one of the following areas: Business Administration, Economics, Natural Sciences, Engineering, or Psychology
  • First relevant working experience in the industry or consulting
  • Ideal international experience through internships or semesters abroad
  • Proficient in Excel and Power-Point
  • Fluent in English
