Are you passionate about working on strategic projects in a dynamic and forward-thinking environment? We invite you to join our Corporate Strategy & Portfolio Development team at Covestro, a leading chemical company.

As a member of our team, you will gain valuable insights into the daily work of strategic management in a DAX-listed company. You will develop essential consulting skills in a project-based setup, working closely with our business areas and functional departments. Your tasks will include strategy development and implementation, portfolio development, and supporting the economic evaluation of growth initiatives and efficiency measures.

What to expect:

  • You will be a fully integrated team member, working on strategy development and implementation topics, portfolio development, and more.
  • You will develop suggestions for improvements in direct collaboration with our business areas and functional departments.
  • You will support the economic evaluation of growth initiatives, efficiency measures, and mergers & acquisition cases.

Requirements:

  • You are at least in the 5th semester of your bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Natural Sciences, Engineering, or Psychology.
  • You have gained first relevant working experience in the industry or consulting.
  • Ideally, you have gained some international experience through internships or semesters abroad.
  • You are proficient in Excel and Power-Point.
  • You are fluent in English.
