At Bayer, we're seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our Strategy & Projects team as a Logistics Consultant. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to shape the supply chain of our Pharmaceuticals and Consumer Health Division.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design and implementation of strategic supply chain solutions
  • Support project teams in developing and executing logistics strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize supply chain performance
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in supply chain management and logistics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in MS Office and analysis tools
