What we offer

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Customer Success Manager Supply Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers from various industries in the DACH region and positioning our leading KI-, Analytics- & Data Management solutions (SaaS + On-Premise).

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, including the execution of customer demos and meetings, as well as the independent and professional preparation of conversations with customer-specific product presentations.
  • You will work closely with Presales Consultants and the Marketing team.
  • You will act as a trusted advisor for your potential customers during the sales cycle.
  • You will represent msg at trade shows or events.
  • You will be responsible for continuously optimizing the collaboration with customers through Up- and Cross-Selling.

Requirements

  • You have at least 3-5 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, preferably in the areas of software solutions, online marketing solutions, or web content management.
  • You can present yourself confidently and empathetically on all leadership levels (including C-Level).
  • You possess strong entrepreneurial skills and have a high affinity for customer acquisition.
  • You are used to working with our partners to acquire new customers and supporting them in the sales process.
  • You shine with your professional communication and negotiation skills, as well as your customer-oriented and sympathetic appearance. You work very structured, organized, and know how to set priorities.
