Job Title: Senior HR Business Partner

Our European HR team is seeking a highly engaged Senior HR Business Partner to support our diverse and international business. Reporting directly to the HR Director, you will ensure that effective systems and processes are in place to drive the business and help deliver people management strategies that support the overall strategic aims and objectives of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver advanced-level generalist duties, tackling intricate matters within the HR domain, with mastery of principles, practices, and procedures across multiple functional areas.
  • Foster a collaborative atmosphere and be a trusted partner to employees, management, and the works council.
  • Initiate and support effective change management initiatives, lead organizational development needs, implement effective solutions, and build effective teams.
  • Support the ongoing development of internal talents by identifying training needs, designing, and conducting training programs, and evaluating their effectiveness.
  • Lead global compensation, performance management, and talent management activities.
  • Recommend, develop, communicate, and implement new approaches, policies, practices, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency and resolution of problems or issues.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant area.
  • 6-8 years of Business HR experience and experience of one other HR specialization; automotive industry knowledge is preferred.
  • Deep understanding of labor law and works constitution law.
  • Combination of passion for people with strong business acumen.
  • Ability to take initiative and take on challenging assignments, creating opportunities where none exist.
  • Advanced competency in trouble-shooting and problem-solving.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to reach solutions at eye level with all partners.
