Amazon is seeking a talented Postdoctoral Scientist to join our AGI in Fulfillment team. As a member of this team, you will work on innovative projects that combine Large Language Models (LLMs) with classical AI task planning and reasoning.
You will be part of a dynamic team of scientists and engineers who are pushing the boundaries of AI research. Your contributions will be recognized through publications in top-tier academic venues.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior scientists and engineers to develop cutting-edge AI solutions
- Design and implement experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of LLMs in AGI
- Contribute to the development of new AI algorithms and techniques
About the team:
The Amazon AGI for Fulfillment Team is a new science team working at the intersection of LLMs, classical AI planning, and reasoning. We focus on high-quality research science informed by practical problems.
Basic qualifications:
- PhD in a relevant field, ideally received within 2 years of starting the program
- Publication record in LLMs, LLMs for reasoning, classical AI Reasoning, AI Planning, or related technical fields
- Experience in machine learning practice and experimental analysis
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to independently deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Publications at top-tier, peer-reviewed conferences and/or journals
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
