Als Digital Brand Experience Manager bei Deutsche Kreditbank übernimmst du die Verantwortung für die strategische Planung und Umsetzung von digitalen Marketing-Kampagnen. Du entwickelst und implementierst innovative Marketing-Strategien, um unsere Zielgruppe zu erreichen und unsere Marke zu stärken.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Mediaplanung und -freigabe für PK-Performance-Kampagnen
  • Konzeption und Produktion von Werbemitteln für Performance- und Präsenzphase
  • Auswertung von Werbekampagnen und -optimierung in Media und Kreation
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Media- und Creative-Testings
  • Bewertung von Marketing-Tools wie Marketing-Mixed-Modelling oder Attributions-Tools
  • Ansprechpartner für die Grafik zum Corporate Design
  • Abstimmung, Pflege und Freigabe von Styleguide-Inhalten
  • Weiterentwicklung des digitalen Corporate Designs
  • Updates des Corporate Wordings
  • Entwicklung und Abstimmung von Nachhaltigkeits-Wordings in der Werbekommunikation

Dein Profil

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Kommunikationswissenschaften, Marketing oder Betriebswirtschaftslehre
  • Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Marketing-Bereich, z. B. in einer Marketing-Agentur und Erfahrungen im Kampagnen- und Projekt-Management
  • Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in Marketing-Analytics oder datenbasiertem Marketing sowie der aktuellen Werbelandschaft in Deutschland
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis für digitale Marketing-Instrumente
  • Unternehmerisches, analytisches und strategisches Denken gepaart mit operativem Können, Kreativität und Begeisterungsfähigkeit für unsere Produkte
  • Eigenständige Arbeitsweise, Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern, Kommunikationsstärke und verbindliches Auftreten
  • Hohe Lösungsorientierung mit pragmatischer Umsetzungskompetenz
