Renewable Energy Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team at KACO new energy GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue in the assigned territory, working closely with distributors, installers, and project developers to achieve our business goals.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including C-Level executives
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate sales performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, product management, and marketing
- Manage sales channels, including distributors, EPCs, and installers
Your Profile:
- Completed studies in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (bachelor's or master's) or similar
- Proven experience in the solar photovoltaic industry, preferably with solar/hybrid inverters
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications and Customer-Relationship-Management / SAP
- Fluency in French (spoken and written) and good command of English
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
